SELF SERVICE

  • This option is for organizations that want to provide for the daily need of hot beverages to their staff and visitors and are willing to pay for the cost of the beverages and agree to refill, stock, and clean the machine(s) themselves or through and outsourced company. In this case we  lease you the machine at a certain charge per month depending on the size and type of the machine with a condition that you purchase a certain quantity worth of ingredients per month per machine again depending on the size and type of the machine. We shall train your staff to do the daily refilling and cleaning of the machine. We shall provide routine maintenance and routine servicing of the machine.  A monthly meter reading is taken to determine and inform you of the beverages you have consumed. This is just for record keeping.

OPTION 1: SELF SERVICE: OTHER REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS

  • Daily Cleaning:
    • A member of your staff or outsourced will attend to the daily cleaning and refilling of the machine,
    • Only Nestle or Vending Services recommended beverages and ingredients are to be used in the machine.
    • The machine is to be kept in accordance with food hygiene regulations and in compliance with Local Public Health Authorities.
    • Vending Services will assure to perform regular and scheduled maintenance and cleaning on the machine.
  • Routine Maintenance:
    • Vending Services staff and technicians will perform routine maintenance as and when advised and required by yourselves or on a scheduled routine.
    • Upon routine maintenance a thorough list of health and safety checks will be performed
  • Emergencies:
    • In case of a machine malfunction or breakdown a Vending Services technician will attend to the machine at no cost,
    • Emergency calls received after 4pm will be attended to the following day.
  • Provision of Water:
    • Provision of Water will be at the cost of the client,
  • Provision of Electrical Outlet:
    • Provision of Electrical Outlet will be at the cost of the client,
  • Provision of Counter Top:
    • Provision of counter top on which the machine will be placed will be upon the client,

FULL SERVICE (ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN NAIROBI AND IN CENTRALIZED LOCATIONS WHERE A CLUSTER OF MACHINES EXIST IN ONE LOCATION OR ONE BUILDING)

  • This option is for organizations that want to provide for the daily need of hot beverages to their staff and visitors and are willing to pay for the cost of the beverages but do not want to refill, stock, and clean the machine(s) themselves. This is a premium service and in this case we lease you the machine(s) at a certain charge per month depending on the size and type of the machine with a condition that you dispense a certain number of cups per month per machine again depending on the size and type of the machine. We shall perform daily refilling and cleaning of the machine and bill you by the cup at the relevant prices indicated in the proposal. A monthly meter reading is taken to determine and inform you the number of beverages you have consumed and you are billed as per the rates we have agreed on together with the monthly rental billing. A copy of the Consumption Worksheet is attached to your invoice.

FULL SERVICE: OTHER REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS

  • Daily Cleaning:
    • Daily cleaning and refilling of the machine will be performed by Vending Services.
    • Only Nestle or Vending Services recommended beverages and ingredients are to be used in the machine.
    • The machine will be kept in accordance with food hygiene regulations and in compliance with Local Public Health Authorities,
    • Vending Services will assure to keep the machine in a clean condition,
    • Vending Services will assure to refill the machines.
  • Routine Maintenance:
    • Vending Services staff and technicians will perform routine maintenance as and when required
    • Upon routine maintenance a thorough list of health and safety checks will be performed
    • A meter reading will be taken at the end of the month to determine the number of cups used and you will be billed according to what you have consumed together with the total monthly rental for all machines.
    • The meter reading will be taken in the presence of your staff who will need to co-sign on the worksheet where the monthly consumption of beverages will be noted.
    • A copy of the consumption worksheet will accompany your invoice.
  • Emergencies:
    • In case of a machine malfunction or breakdown a Vending Services technician will attend to the machine at no cost,
    • Stationed people at each location will attend to the emergencies
    • Emergency calls received after 4pm will be attended to the following day.
  • Provision of Water:
    • Provision of Water will be at the cost of the client,
  • Provision of Electrical Outlet:
    • Provision of Electrical Outlet will be at the cost of the client,
  • Provision of Counter Top:
    • Provision of counter top on which the machine will be placed will be upon the client,
